Welcome to the website of Activities Directors' Quarterly for Alzheimer's & Other Dementia Patients.

We know there are a lot of activities publications out there today. But we feel that in ours you'll discover an important difference.

What is that difference?

The difference is its primary focus, which is the difficult challenge of providing meaningful and quality of life enhancing activities for Alzheimer's and other dementia patients.

In a recent national survey of all the activities publications available today, 79% of those responding called Activities Directors' Quarterly a "must have" for activities and program directors who find themselves working with Alzheimer's and other dementia patients on a daily basis.

We were not surprised by that number simply because ADQ is written by Alzheimer's activities directors for Alzheimer's activities directors which means that it has a strong foundation built on the solid ground of what colleagues with years of "in the trenches" Alzheimer's and dementia experience have successfully tested and used. That makes it unique in activities literature.

Each issue is a virtual treasure trove of activities lesson plans, program developments, the latest ideas and techniques and it's all in a user friendly, subject by subject format. Over 40 pages in length and conveniently three-hole punched, every issue also includes a seasonal activity planner which can be easily taken out of the book and posted for quick reference. Activities directors tell us that this feature alone is worth the price of the journal.

We invite you to review this site and then click here to subscribe to Activities Directors' Quarterly now

Let the "different one" make a difference for you and your staff!
